http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organic_chemistry - This is a great place to start. Wikipedia gives you the basics and by following the right links you can pretty much answer any questions about organic chemistry.
http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/chemistry/5-12-organic-chemistry-i-spring-2005/ - This is a great way to tell people you took organic chemistry at MIT! This may be more work than what you are bargaining for.......
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arrow_pushing - This idea of arrow pushing is what finally helped me make sense of organic chemistry. I highly recommend studying up on this method.

http://videolectures.net/Top/Chemistry/ - Search this database of videos. These are real lectures that cover specific topics. If you find a video that covers a topic that is stumping you, then you are golden. Not too much of a selection but they are good.

http://legacyweb.chemistry.ohio-state.edu/flashcards/ - Just an awesome set of fill-in-the-blank virtual flashcards. These are great.
